  • Returns

    If you are not completely satisfied with your Megaprint purchase, you may ship back the item(s). To process your return quicker, please include the following in your return package:

    • Complete return form
    • Order number and/or a copy of the packing slip
    • Written reason for your return
    • All items must be returned in original, unused condition with original tags and packaging

    Once your return package is received we will reimburse the credit card you used to make your purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged products. ShopHeart.org is responsible for shipping charges on re-shipment of exchanged products only. In most cases, the return credit will appear on your next credit card statement in the next regular billing cycle.

    Any returns made 30 days past the original purchase date will be honored with a ShopHeart.org eGift Card in lieu of a refund.

    Exceptions

    Personalized or custom-ordered merchandise is non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of an error on our part, or a quality gap. All CPR kits are final sale - no returns or exchanges allowed.

  • Shipping & Rates

    To determine the shipping cost of a product, add the product to your shopping cart and input your zip code in the Shipping Estimator field.

    Eartheasy ships to residential and commercial addresses in all 50 US States, and some products ship to Canada (see Canadian Orders below). Oversize products do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, but call us if you have your heart set on one and we’ll try our best to help you with a freight quote. 

    Alaska/Hawaii:  Lighter items will ship with USPS First Class. USPS Priority Mail is available for heavier items, as well as expedited FedEx shipping. Please contact us before placing your order for a custom quote. 

    We do not ship to U.S. Territories or U.S. military installations at this time, but we’re working on finding a solution for this. We do not ship overseas, or to Mexico.

    Shipping Methods & Times

    Fedex and USPS are our primary shippers but we may use alternate ground shipping methods for oversized items. If you have ordered an oversize item it may ship freight. If that is the case, your driver will phone to schedule a delivery appointment once the shipment has arrived at a local facility. If you have any questions, please contact us.

    Ground shipping:

    • USPS First Class Package (3-7 Bus. Days)
    • Fedex SmartPost (3-7 Bus. Days)
    • Fedex / UPS Ground (3-5 Bus. Days)
    • Fedex 2 Day (2 Bus. Days + 1 day for pick up) 

    Note: FedEx 2 Day orders of in-stock items shipping within the 48 contiguous United States will be shipped the following business day and will arrive within 2 business days after being shipped (excludes weekends and holidays). Most large items cannot be shipped via Fed Ex 2-Day service.

    Most items ship from our warehouse in Milwaukee, WI, but if you are ordering a heavy or oversize item, we often have the manufacturer ship it directly to you to save on shipping costs.

    Tracking Your Order

    To track your order, please click here to log into your Eartheasy Account. Your username is the email address you entered during checkout. Your automatically generated password will have been emailed to that same address. When we load your tracking information, we give you the master tracking number. You should be able to see all of the individual tracking numbers in your shipment on the courier's website. Occasionally, shipments with multiple boxes become separated and will arrive on different days.
